Find the article or case you want to link to and click on it.
Click on the Actions drop-down next to the title, and click on Link to this page.
The Link to this Page window will pop up and you can copy the URL.
In Blackboard, click on the drop-down arrow under Build Content, and choose Web Link
and then enter the name/title of the article, and paste in the URL you copied.
Make sure the Open in New Window option is set to Yes.
