Find the article you want to link to and click on it.
Look for the Bookmark link at the top of the screen next to the Search box.
When you click on the link a window will pop up and you can copy the URL or email it to yourself.
In Blackboard, click on the drop-down arrow under Build Content, and choose Web Link
and then enter the name/title of the article, and paste in the URL you copied.
Make sure the Open in New Window option is set to Yes.
