Find the article you want to link to and click on it.
Look for Permalink (with the chain icon) in the toolbar on the right, side-bar
When you click on the Permalink, a box will appear at the top of the screen with the link.
Copy this link and go to Blackboard.
In Blackboard, click on the drop-down arrow under Build Content, and choose Web Link
and then enter the name/title of the article, and paste in the URL you copied.
Make sure the Open in New Window option is set to Yes.
