First click on the video you would like to link to, and underneath the video viewing window, click on Embed.
Next copy the link under Permanent Link and paste into your Blackboard course.
In Blackboard, Click on the plus sign and Create.
Click on the Link button to create a new link
On the Web Link tab, make the link Visible to students, enter the title, and paste in the URL you copied from above. Make sure the Open in New Window box is checked. Save.
