opening quotes I was having troubles with finding the right material to write a paper in my English class. I was also having troubles understanding how to cite my sources the right way.

(Educational Assistant) Suzann went above and beyond to show me how to look up information on the Library website and how to easily cite a source. closing quotes

Services

Students are required to log in at the kiosks at the entrance of the lab before any tutoring sessions or computer use.

Tutoring

In-person tutoring is available. Check our Tutoring Schedules or ask any staff member. If there is no tutoring for the subject you need help with, we will try our best to find someone. You may fill out our Request a Tutor form.

For additional help with writing, visit the Online Writing Lab (OWL) or NetTutor

Testing

Makeup tests can be taken in the lab. Makeup tests are proctored from 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 7:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fridays. All tests must be completed before the ASC closes.

Instructors, to request test monitoring for makeup tests only, use our Instructor Test Monitoring Request form or a paper variation available in the lab.

Students, please note that this is an open study area, so we cannot guarantee a quiet test-taking environment. If you need absolute silence or if our hours do not fit your schedule, other arrangements should be made with your instructor.
