Fine Disputes

  • Overdue Fine Disputes
  • Please note: Replacement costs for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment, or equipment that is not returned for over six (6) months, including but not limited to Chromebooks and Hotspots, will not be waived. Equipment loans require completion of the equipment loan agreement.  Typically, students are limited to one overdue fine dispute waiver.

  • Please note: Depending on the item suggested, library staff may choose to place the item at a different location than suggested, but items can be requested to be delivered to any MATC Library location.  Not all purchases will be approved.
