Life & Timesof an MATC Educational Assistant I received an Associate degree in Photography from Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). While in school at MATC, I was able to work as a Photographer, Student employee, forWMVS/WMVT or local Public television station located at downtown MATC campus. That was a great experience for me and gave me some great experience to get more involved with photography in my future career.
Now I continue to create fine art photography. I have exhibited my work at Milwaukee County Historical Society, Milwaukee City Hall, Hotel Intercontinental, Milwaukee Urban Ecology Center, Milwaukee Yacht Club, Kohler Center for the Arts, Fra Angelico Center (Chicago), etc.

After working in advertising and publishing fields (I trained staff on graphics software applications for several years at Carson Pirie Scott retail headquarters in Milwaukee), I returned to study at UW-Milwaukee to earn my bachelors degree in French, Linguistics minor and Digital and Fine Arts coursework. I was very fortunate to have been able to visit France several times, where, of course I took many photos!
While studying at UW-Milwaukee, I had the pleasure of working as Graphic Designer for theUW-Milwaukee Women's Resource Center, where I made many fabulous connections with Women and Men,who I am sure will be having a large impact now wherever their future endeavors may lead them...
